1) The Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, through the GAA/Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (480, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of Portable Infant T-Piece Resuscitator. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
