1. The Environmental Management Bureau, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Eight Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP5, 845, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of One (1) Lot Back-up and Replication Solution Subscription for One (1) Year per ITB No. EMB-GOODS-NCB-2026-0009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
