INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND COMMISSIONING OF ELECTROCONVULSIVE THERAPY (ECT) MACHINE (RE-BID)
1) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center through its GAA and its Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php 4, 990, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project, SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND COMMISSIONING OF ELECTROCONVULSIVE THERAPY (ECT) MACHINE (RE-BID) with IB No. 2026-031 BAC I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for above Procurement Project. The criterion for evaluation to determine the award of contract shall be Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as provided for in Section 58.2.a of RA 12009 and it-s IRR and Instruction to Bidders 26.3.a of Bidding Document (May 2025-First Edition).
