1. The VICENTE SOTTO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER, through the GAA/Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 700, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of Automated Refractor and Keratometer Machine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The VICENTE SOTTO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
