Supply, delivery and assembly of children's bicycles The contract concerns the supply, delivery and assembly of bicycles and safety kits intended for children attending kindergarten in the city of Puteaux. The description of expected services and their technical specifications are in the C.C.P. Market services are processed at unit prices. Given the uncertain number of bicycles and safety kits to be ordered, the contract is a single-award framework agreement, which is carried out using purchase orders, within the meaning of articles R2162-4 2°, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. The order thresholds to intervene are as follows: - Without minimum annual amount; - Maximum annual amount: 155, 000.00 euros excluding tax.
