Unite Procurement UK Limited (part of Unite Holding SE), on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, is seeking suppliers to join the Unite Procurement Platform to support the Supply of Defence Specialist Equipment
The procurement covers;
1. Crimping Tools
A specialist handheld crimping tool for use in EOD, demolition, and military engineering roles. The tool is a multi-function device designed for use with Initiated Set Field Engineering (ISFE) components, flash detonators, safety fuze, and detonator cord. Key capabilities include:
• Crimping of ISFE and flash detonators to safety fuze or detonator cord
• Integrated firing cable cutting capability
• Integrated firing cable stripping capability
• Screwdriver functionality incorporated into the tool design
• Rectifier functionality incorporated into the tool design
• Robust, portable, and suitable for operational field use in austere environments
2. Injector Stands
A specialist injector stands for use with in-service EOD disruptor systems. The stand is designed to support rapid deployment and stable operation of disruptors in the field.
Key Functional Requirements:
• Compatible with all current UK in-service disruptor systems (Note: the Needle disruptor is specifically excluded from compatibility requirements)
