delivery of cytostatics and medicinal products from drug programs The subject of the order is the supply of cytostatics and medicinal products from drug programs (CPV: 33.69.00.00-3, 33.65.21.00-6) for the needs of Copernicus Podsiadło Sp. z o. o. In Gdańsk, whose detailed description, assortment and estimated quantities are included in the Assortment and price form - Annex No. 1 to SWZ (parts No. 1-235). The offered subject of the order must be approved for trading and use in accordance with applicable regulations laws. The subject of the order must be consistent with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended) and/or the Pharmaceutical Law Act of September 6, 2001 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2301, as amended) - if applicable. In case assortment specified using trade names, the Ordering Party allows the submission of offers for an assortment equivalent in all respects, i.e. composition, weight, scope, spectrum and duration of action, form, function, etc., provided that they guarantee implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the assumptions specified in this ToR. In the case of an equivalent product, the Contractor is obliged specify its trade name, catalog number and manufacturer's name. Demonstration of equivalence of the offered solution or equivalent solutions rests with the Contractor.
