Lot 1: Electrical equipment Starters and frequency variators Supply contract in two lots for the purpose of supplying electrical equipment necessary for the operation, maintenance and renewal of equipment. The market is a catalog market. The contracting authority is able to order from the successful bidder all the products that the latter has in its range. The catalog is evolving, this means that during the execution of the market, new items can be proposed by the successful bidder or introduced at the request of an order issuing service. Likewise, items may be deleted by the successful bidder, in agreement with the Contracting Authority. The catalog(s) is/are evolving. In case of publication of a new catalog during the execution of the contract, the contracting authority may automatically make use of it. The contract includes in particular the supply and delivery of the equipment included in the inventory and the equipment included in the supplier's catalog(s). This catalog(s) must include the official public price of the supplies excluding any discount(s) granted within the framework of this contract (= Gross Price). The gross prices (excluding discounts) mentioned in the inventory must be those indicated in the catalog(s) sent with the offer (see point 8.7. of part A).
