Description of the service: Procurement of the supply, installation, parameterization and maintenance of an information system that allows the integrated management of the human resources of the Montgat City Council, including payroll management, Social Security and employee portal, as well as data migration services, training, technical and functional support, hosting, regulatory updates and platform maintenance throughout the term of the contract. The main purpose of the contract is the provision of an IT solution for the comprehensive management of Human Resources available on the market, and capable of being implemented in the Montgat Town Hall without requiring specific developments or tailor-made customizations. The benefits of implementation, configuration, parameterization, data migration, training and maintenance are complementary and accessory to the main provision of supply.
