Products or services: Chemical reagents or solutions Clinical laboratory services constitute a fundamental element for the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of the population's health conditions, as well as essential support for the making timely and quality clinical decisions. In this context, it is essential to have reliable equipment, cutting-edge technology and a continuous supply of supplies that guarantee precise, traceable and timely results. The These Technical Specifications establish the necessary requirements for the Municipal Clinical Laboratory and the SAR Alerce Laboratory of the Municipal Health Department of Puerto Montt (DESAM) to acquire the tests and/or determinations, considering also the provision of equipment as a loan. The purpose of the above is to ensure the correct execution and processing of examinations in the areas of Clinical Chemistry, Hormones, Hematology, Coagulation and Urinalysis, strengthening the capacity resolution of the network, optimizing response times and guaranteeing the operational continuity of the service, in accordance with current regulations. All lines will be evaluated globally and awarded to a single supplier.
