1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a computing computer, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the Faculty of Oceanography and Geography of the University of Gdańsk.
2. Classification codes of the common order dictionary (CPV): 30211000-1 (high-performance computers).
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 6 to SWZ.

5. The contracting authority requires a guarantee for equipment by 36 months. Details of the warranty are included in § 7 of the draft contract - Annex 5 to SWZ.
6. The Employer allows the possibility of submitting an equivalent offer. The concept of equivalent Technical specifications and technical reference systems no worse than described by the Ordering Party in Annex 6 to SWZ.
