Lot 1: TMA Lot 2: Projects The purpose of the consultation is to provide services concerning the Spartacus computer application which is based on the “Ivalua Buyer” software package within the ADP group. The functional scope was structured into 2 lots named in the CCTP as follows: •Lot 1: Third-party application maintenance •Lot 2: Projects The services to be carried out are detailed in the CCTP and will be specified in the order forms/scoping notes. The framework agreement is single-award for lot 1. The framework agreement is multi-awardee for lot 2. This will be signed between Aéroports de Paris and three 3 awardees who will be put back into competition for the allocation of purchase orders. The terms and conditions for awarding purchase orders are defined in article “Conditions for awarding purchase orders” of the framework agreement. The purpose of lot 1 is corrective maintenance, evolutionary maintenance (addition of new functionalities or changes to functionalities already in service), adaptive maintenance (adaptation to developments in the components of the system in which the spartacus application is integrated: operating systems, databases, SAP ECC, SAP BTP, browsers, etc.) and, potentially, activities that may relate to administration functional.
