Part 1 - Notebook delivery Part 2 - Delivery of monitors The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment divided into two parts: Part No. 1: Notebook delivery Part No. 2 Monitor delivery 1. The subject of the order is described in the Subject Description Order (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which is also Annex No. 1 to the draft contracts (Appendix No. 4 and 4A to the SWZ). 2. The Ordering Party requires that the offered service, including all ICT products, ICT services and processes ICT used to complete the order, both as main elements and components, elements of the service provision environment or accompanying solutions, did not include: •ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to referred to in art. 33 section 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; •ICT product, the type of which was specified in the decision on the recognition of the supplier as high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, •ICT services, ICT processes specified in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier referred to in Art. 67b paragraph 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system. 3.
