The subject of the order is the supply of computer hardware and software, as well as the provision of service warranty under the terms and conditions contained in the SWZ, including the draft contract. 2. The subject of the contract was divided into 14 parts - Tasks, the description of which is included in the SWZ and its annexes. 3. The Ordering Party will not use the institution referred to in Art. 107 paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Law in the proceedings in question. 1. The subject of the order in this part of the order (Task 1) is the delivery of an "All In One" PC - 70 pieces, as well as the provision of warranty service under the terms and conditions contained in the SWZ, including the project contracts. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and requirements related to the implementation of the subject of the order are included in the SWZ and its annexes. 3. The Contractor is obliged to provide data regarding: products offered to the extent specified therein. 4. Delivery of the subject of the order must take place no later than 60 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, taking into account the requirements contained in the draft contract for this Task, the provisions regarding the exercise of the option right. 1.
