Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer hardware and software for the needs of MPEC Sp. z o. o. in Olsztyn at ul. Słoneczna 46. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to this ToR. 2.All items offered (hardware) specified in the subject of the order must be brand new with a production date no earlier than 2025.3. The Ordering Party requires that the desktop computer and the mouse + keyboard set are from the same manufacturer as the computer and are marked manufacturer's logo/name. 4. The ordering party requires that the offered equipment - a desktop computer and a notebook have a marking in the form of a serial number assigned by the manufacturer. 5. The ordering party requires that in the case of a desktop computer and a notebook it is possible to check the warranty or service status on the official website of the equipment manufacturer after entering the device's serial number. 6. The Ordering Party requires a 36-month warranty for desktop computers, 36 months for Notebook computers, 36-month warranty for monitors and 12 months for other components, counted from the delivery of the equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters. 7. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor attach warranty cards for the devices with the delivery of the subject of the order, except for desktop computers and notebooks, the warranty of which will be checked directly on the manufacturer's website.
