Part A: notebooks 2 pcs. 1) The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment, specified in Annexes No. 2A-2C to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the equipment. The offered equipment must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production: not earlier than 2025), and have appropriate certificates allowing it to be sold and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the equipment.2) The scope of the order includes: purchase and delivery of the equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, including unloading and bringing it to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.3) A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annexes No. 2A-C to the SWZ; The Ordering Party requires that the service offered, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to complete the order, both as main elements and components, elements of the service provision environment or accompanying solutions, does not include: - ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of July 5, 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental security interest...
