Tender Details

Supply of computer equipment 1. The subject of the order is the delivery (purchase, transport and delivery) of computer equipment for the needs of the Investment Implementation and Renovations Department in Bytom. Detailed description of the subject of the order, including technical parameters is included in the Description of the subject of the order - constituting an annex to the Specification. Detailed terms and conditions of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the contract - constituting an annex to the SWZ. 2. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with 36 months warranty for the delivered subject matter of the contract, under the conditions specified in the Draft Provisions of the contract. 3. CPV code according to the Common Vocabulary of Public Procurement: 30200000-1 computer equipment. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers partial. The subject of the order is limited to the supply of equipment to one Department. Due to its small scope (order value below the statutory threshold), the order does not impede access to the order for small and medium-sized enterprises. Independently from the above, this order is one of the orders covered by separate proceedings for the supply of computer hardware/equipment. 5.
