Supply of computer equipment. The Lublin Center for Innovation and Technology (hereinafter referred to as LCIT) was entrusted with conducting this public procurement procedure based on the agreement of June 8, 2026 concluded between Regional Center for Social Policy in Lublin and the Lublin Center for Innovation and Technology, regarding entrusting the preparation and conduct of a public procurement procedure for the supply of 10 computer sets (laptop with a bag, monitor, keyboard, mouse). 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 10 computer sets (laptop with bag, monitor, keyboard, mouse) described in detail in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. 2.The Contractor will deliver the Equipment on time up to 30 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. 3. The Contractor is obliged to: deliver the Equipment that is the subject of the contract: to the building of the Marshal's Office of the Lublin Voivodeship in Lublin, ul. Artura Grottgera 4, 20-029 Lublin; on your own, at your own expense and risk; during UMWL office hours, i.e. from 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. on working days. 4. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the Equipment together with: warranty cards prepared in Polish, operating manuals and other documents necessary for taking over the equipment for use or pointing to the manufacturer's publicly available website with the latest available versions of the instructions/documentation.
