Delivery of standard portable computers with monitors Delivery of high-performance portable computers with monitors Delivery of high-performance desktop computers with monitors 1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment, in accordance with the rules specified in the ToR, including the description of the subject of the order for a given Part and the draft provisions of the contract in relation to a given Part. The subject of the contract was divided into three (3) parts: a) Part I - delivery of computers standard portables with monitors; b) Part II - delivery of high-performance portable computers with monitors, c) Part III - delivery of high-performance desktop computers with monitors, with the possibility of submitting partial offers. Attention! Ordering party provides for option rights in each Part of the order. 1) Part I In addition to the guaranteed order in Part I, which includes the delivery of 73 standard portable computers and 73 monitors, the Ordering Party reserves the right to complete the order covered by option law. The exercise of the option right will consist in delivering the equipment in the number indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. a maximum of 17 standard portable computers and a maximum of 17 monitors.
