Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment. 2. The order consists of two parts: Part 1 of the order - desktop computers with monitors. Part 2 of the order - mobile computers with docking stations. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts. Maximum the number of parts for which the order may be awarded to the same Contractor is 2 parts. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the contract template with annexes, constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. 3. The ordering party does not require the execution of the order by sheltered workshops or cooperatives social services or other contractors covered by the provisions of Art. 94 section 1 of the Act. 4. The Ordering Party does not require the employment of persons on the basis of an employment relationship. 5. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act. 6. The Ordering Party does not allow submission variant offers. 7. The Ordering Party does not plan to conduct an electronic auction. 8. The Ordering Party did not conduct preliminary market consultations before initiating the procedure. 9. The Ordering Party, within the limits specified in Art. 462 et seq. act, allows for the possibility of implementing the subject orders by the Contractor using subcontractors. A contractor who intends to entrust the performance of part of the contract to subcontractors shall indicate in the offer the parts of the contract the performance of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known. 10.Za...
