Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment. 2. The order consists of two parts: Part 1 of the order - desktop computers with monitors. Part 2 of the order - mobile computers with docking stations. The contractor may submit offer for any number of parts. The maximum number of parts for which an order may be awarded to the same Contractor is 2 parts. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the contract template with annexes, constituting Annex No. 10 to SWZ. 3. The ordering party does not require the execution of the order by sheltered workshops, social cooperatives or other contractors covered by the provisions of Art. 94 section 1 of the Act. 4. The Ordering Party does not require the employment of persons on the basis of a relationship work. 5. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act. 6. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 7. The Ordering Party does not plan to conduct an electronic auction. 8.The Ordering Party before did not conduct preliminary market consultations when initiating the proceedings. 9. The Ordering Party, within the limits specified in Art. 462 et seq. the Act allows for the execution of the subject of the order by the Contractor using subcontractors.
