1. The subject of the order is the delivery of computer equipment described in detail in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Device" or "Equipment" to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. to building B, room A 303 box 7 (IT department), located in Poznań at ul. Wieniawskiego 17/19, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the above-mentioned. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order. The detailed description of the Subject of the Order constitutes: an integral part of the description of the Subject of the order. 2. Detailed requirements for the implementation of the Subject of the order are also specified in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 3. In addition: a)The supplied device must be equipped with user manual, drivers, cabling and accompanying software necessary for the proper functioning of the Device and to obtain full functionality indicated in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order b)Device must be delivered brand new, i.e. unused before the date of delivery - excluding use necessary to test their correct operation. c) The offered Device cannot be withdrawn from production by the manufacturer on the date of preparation of the offer or sale. d)The delivered Device must have all documents required by national and EU law authorizing it to be used in Poland, it must come from the manufacturer's official distribution channels...
