The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) has received a grant of €I0M from the Federal Republic of Germany through KfW for modernizing Technical and Vocational Education.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders for payment of a non refundable fee of “€100" per copy to be paid by only a bank transfer exclusively from the bidder's account (No Cash deposit will be accepted) to the following account and should be deposited (RECEIVED) at the account no later than 30/09/2018.
