SUPPLY OF A COMPUTED TOMOGRAPH WITH EQUIPMENT AND MODERNIZATION OF THE TOMOGRAPH ROOM 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a computed tomography scanner with equipment and the modernization of the tomograph laboratory at the Specialist Hospital. Ludwik Rydygiera w Krakowie sp. z o.o. (os. Złota Jesieni 1, 31-826 Kraków) in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No. 1A (List of technical and operational limit parameters) and Annex No. 1B (Functional and Utility Program) to these. specifications. 2. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the order will be rejected. 3. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party recommends that the Contractor make a preliminary site visit execution of works to obtain information that may be necessary to prepare an offer to conclude a contract and perform an order. The costs of the on-site inspection will be borne by the Contractor.
