Lots 1 and 2 are multi-awarded while Lots 3 and 4 are single-awardees. Services are regulated by unit prices. COMMAND GROUP This consultation is organized as part of a command group bringing together Rennes Métropole and the City of Rennes and will lead to a single contract from which each entity will place orders on its own behalf. Rennes Métropole is designated coordinator of the order group, assigned until the contract is notified. - Distribution keys Rennes Métropole- City of Rennes As an indication, for each of the 3 lots, the distribution key is: · The City of Rennes at 10% · Rennes Métropole at 90% Each contracting authority will be responsible for the financial execution of the services it will have ordered. In the event that amendments with a financial impact should be concluded, each member of the group will be responsible for the expenses concerning them.
