Tender Details

Delivery of clothing arrangement for approx. 11, 500 employees at the affiliated municipalities' care centres, home care and home nursing care, kitchen and canteens, dental care and rehabilitation.

Two framework agreements are offered with a term of 6 years each. The reason for the duration of the framework agreements is the consideration of the marketconditions for renting and washing clothing. The supplier has a major investment in clothing and operates with a long depreciation period. In addition, there is a long implementation period with measuring, production and preparation of clothing parts.

Framework agreement 1 includes the delivery of a clothing arrangement foremployees in Kalundborg Municipality, Greve Municipality, Holbaek Municipality, Lejre Municipality, Odsherred Municipality and Ringsted Municipality.

Framework agreement 2 includes the supply of a clothing scheme for employees in Sor0 Municipality, Faxe Municipality, Guldborgsund Municipality, Naestved Municipality, Slagelse Municipality and Stevns Municipality.

Liveprovision of a clothing scheme for employees within the care and health sector in Kalundborg Municipality, Greve Municipality, Holbaek Municipality, Lejre Municipality, Odsherred Municipality and Ringsted Municipality.
