Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is to supply products and small maintenance materials, consumables and disposable products for the City of Thiais. This is a purchase order framework agreement concluded pursuant to articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The services will be remunerated by applying the prices in the Unit Price Schedule to the quantities actually executed. Annual order amounts are defined as follows: Lot 1 minimum annual of €10, 000 excluding tax and annual maximum of €30, 000 excluding tax; Lot 2 annual minimum of €10, 000 excluding tax and annual maximum of €32, 000 excluding tax.
