Supply service of:
1. Charter Flight between Chinggis Khaan International Airport - Khanbumbat Airport
· A single (preferred) or multiple medium capacity passenger jet (aircraft) with all economy passenger seats
· Average 3, 680 passengers per week in return trips
· Cargo handling service capability
· Passenger handling service at Chinggis Khaan International Airport
o Check in
o Baggage weighing and handling
o Passenger manifest creation
o Sufficient fuel carriage capability
2. Charter Flight between Khanbumbat Airport - Dalanzadgad Aerodromes
· A single or multiple F50 aircrafts or equivalent aircrafts with all economy passenger seats
· Average number of passengers per week to be confirmed
· Cargo handling service capability
· Passenger handling service at Dalanzadgad Aerodromes
o Check in
o Baggage weighing and handling
o Passenger manifest creation
o Sufficient fuel carriage capability
The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:
· Company introduction / brochure
· Company Registration and VAT certificate
· Current special licenses for performing Charter Flight service
· Introduction of qualified manpower / key personnel and organization chart
