Supply of Camera, Videographic, Day Night, Monitoring and Surveillance, Min 2 Mp Network Ptz Camera with Anti Corrosion

Ptz Network Camera
General Description:
Operationally, to Ensure Coverage of Export Operation of Crude Oil from
Calm Buoy to the Oil Tanker; A Camera is Required to be Mounted on each
Buoy.
Location Description: The Calm Buoy Rotates from it Central Point to
Connect to the Vessel via the Mooring Hawser (Image 3 and Image 4);
Potentially this shall be the Optimum Location to Mount the Camera, as this
Will Always be Positioned towards the Tanker when it is Moored to the
Calm Buoy.

When Designing a Camera for the Buoy, the Supplier shall Consider the
Challenges to Ensure an Operational Image:

• the Camera shall have Image Stabilization as the Camera shall
Sustain to Tidal/Environmental Conditions .
• the Camera shall Operate 24/7 Day/Night (There is No External
Lighting Source Currently)
• the Camera shall be Able to Withstand Elements of Environment, Sea,
Salt, Sun (in Excess of 50 C in the Summer).
• the Image shall Clearly be Visible through the Day and Night
• the Whole Equipment shall be Rated as Per Calm Buoy Hazardous
Area Rated Hazardous Classification Zone 2 Class 1 with Atex
Certification.
• Media Converter Housed with Suitably Rated Enclosure.
• Reliability of the Equipment and Cabling shall be Suitable for Operation
In the Marine Environment.
• Necessary Level of the Insulation Resistance and Suitable Protection
Against Short Circuit.
• the Camera shall Deliver High Quality Output in Hd Format.
