Eligibility of Tenderer : General 1. The firm must possess a valid trade license and a Tax Clearance Certificate to supply the three mentioned lots. 2. The bidder must have a minimum of one (01) year of experience in the relevant field. CCTV Accessories-LOT WISE 3. Items listed under serial number 1 to 12 will be evaluated as a package, but each must be quoted separately. The interested bidders should arrange for the submission of samples starting from the date of this tender's publication. The Royal Bhutan Police (RBP) will provide a week after the tender opening for the sample submissions and demonstration thereof. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in disqualification without further explanation. 4. The RBP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without providing any justification. Additionally, the RBP retains the discretion to adjust the quantities of the required items as needed and will not compromise on quality. Related Service of the CCTV Installation 5. SL. No. 1 to 4 will be evaluated as package. However each item must be quoted. 6. Failure to abide above will be considered as nonresponsive. 7. The RBP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without providing any justification. 8. Additionally, the RBP retains the discretion to adjust the quantities of the required items as needed and will not compromise on quality.
