Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply of Bulk Meters, Telemetric Data Loggers and All Associated Appurtenances Required for Installation at North West Facilities.

The Government of Trinidad and Tobago has received a loan from the Inter-American Development Bank toward the cost of Multi-Phase Wastewater Rehabilitation Programme (2890/OC-TT) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract for the Supply of Bulk Meters, Telemetric Data Loggers and all associated Appurtenances required for Installation at North West Facilities. Bidding will be governed by the Bank-s eligibility rules and procedures.

The Water and Sewerage Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Purchase, supply and delivery of electromagnetic meters, data loggers and appurtenances to facilitate the metering of key Offtakes and Booster Stations in North West Trinidad. The scope of the current request is for the procurement of meters and appurtenances summarized below: this Contract include:

Package 1 - Procurement of 28 electromagnetic water meters and 28 telemetric data loggers Package 2 - Procurement of materials and associated appurtenances for installation works Package 3 - Procurement of Hardware Items and Aggregate

Bidding will be conducted through international competitive bidding procedures as specified in the Inter -American Development Bank's Policies for Procurement of Works and Goods financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (current edition), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the policies.

Interested respondents will have the opportunity to view the tender documents at the Purchasing Department, WASA Head Office Documents would be issued via email upon presentation of a receipt showing a non-refundable fee of One Thousand, Five Hundred T.T. Dollars (TT$ 1, 500.00) or Two Hundred and Thirty US Dollars (US$230.00) has been paid to the Authority-s Cashier, Farm Road St Joseph Alternatively, the fee may be deposited or wire transferred to WASA-s Account at RBC Royal Bank (Trinidad and Tobago) Limited.
