Supply of breathing tubes for testing of H2, CH4 and total CO2 Explanation: This assignment includes the supply of custom labeled and numbered non-vacuum 12mL flat bottom glass tubes for the collection of [C13]-CO2, H2, CH4 and total CO2 for collection of breath tests (e.g. urea breath test). The numbering is 0 (white cap), 00 (white cap), 1 (blue cap) to 16 (blue cap). The tubes must be compatible with the isotope ratio mass spectrometer “Automated Breath CO2” already present in the laboratory Analyzer (ABCA)" from Sercon. Therefore, the glass tube must have the dimensions of 101 mm height (vial + cap) and vial diameter of 15.5 mm. In addition to a number, the labels must also contain the lot number (assigned by the manufacturer), the text “breath test” and the UZ Leuven logo (at least black and white print). The tubes must be CE-IVD certified. The contracting authority assumes a probable quantity of 150, 000 custom-labeled glass tubes per year for 4 years. The contracting authority places 1 order every year the probable annual quantity deemed necessary.
