The subject of the order is the supply of brake inserts. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in the Contract Template (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ). The subject of the order was divided into 5 (five) parts, hereinafter referred to as "Tasks". Task number 1: delivery brake inserts type D0-380B in the amount of 23, 800 pcs. The description of the parts is included in Annex No. 1 to the Agreement, in Table No. 1 for Task No. 1 and in Annex No. 2 to the Agreement Task no. 2: delivery of brake inserts type D0-380B in the amount of 27, 000 pcs. Part description was included in Annex No. 1 to the Agreement, in Table No. 2 for Task No. 2 and in Annex No. 2 to the Agreement Task no. 3: delivery of brake inserts type D0-380B in the amount of 24, 000 pcs. The description of the parts is included in Annex No. 1 to the Agreement, in table No. 3 for Task No 3 and in Annex No. 2 to the Agreement Task no. 4: delivery of brake inserts type D0-250B in the amount of 2, 900 pcs.
