(Project HOPE) is an international humanitarian organization that works around the world to increase access to health care services and improve medical knowledge and skills workers in communities in need around the world. Humanitarian organization Project HOPE invites you to submit a price offer with the possibility of entering into a supply agreement sets of bedding in accordance with the list given in Part 3 in Appendix 15b. In order for your proposal to be considered, please adhere to the following provisions: 1. Use your company's letterhead to complete the proposal. If you consider it necessary, you can add any documents confirming the quality, stability, reliability, etc. of your company. 2. MANDATORY: appendices 15b, 27, 28, 30 (Ukrainian/English). Fill in, print, sign, if available, staple stamp, scan. 3. Provision of one set of bed linen as a sample for further consideration, in the period before the closing of the offer submission.
