Tenders are invited for Supply of Batteries for Smart Gear Device

Last date and time for submission of competitive offers for purchased goods:
 Tender offers, one original and two copies, must be submitted to the procuring organization on February 27, 2024 by 14:00 Baku time. The competition will be carried out with the principle of "closed envelope" as well as "two envelopes". The competitive proposal should be submitted in two separate envelopes, consisting of financial and technical proposals separately. The envelopes should be signed and sealed with the words "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" and "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" marked on them, respectively.
 Bidders who have submitted technical and financial proposals in the same envelope will not be accepted.
 A power of attorney must be submitted by the Bidder's representatives submitting or withdrawing the bid and it must be on an identity document.
 Bidder's representatives must arrive at the Procuring Organization at least 30 minutes in advance for registration.
 Bid envelopes submitted after the specified date and time will be returned unopened.
 Changes made later regarding the person who will represent the applicant in the competition will not be accepted.
Obtaining a set of participation fees and basic conditions for purchased goods:
 Those who wish to obtain the set of basic conditions of the competition in Azerbaijani, Russian or English, after paying the participation fee of the purchased goods 118.00 AZN (VAT included) or an equivalent amount in free currency to the specified account, in electronic or printed form from the contact person by the date specified in point I of the announcement they can buy any working day of the week from 09:30 to 17:30.
