Object: This consultation concerns: the "bakery supply - pastry - pastry shop - for the CHUM as well as the parts parties composing the GHT Martinique", necessary for the needs of the Martinique University Hospital Center and the various hospital establishments composingThe territorial hospital group of Martinique (GHT). The nature of the supplies, as well as the technical specificities of their execution are defined in the CCTP. Place (x) of execution: the places of execution and detail of the addresses of each establishment composing the GHT are indicated in the annex1 of the CCTP "Logistics sheet". The services subject to the market are performed by the holder (s) at the CHUM (Center Hospitalier Universitaire de la Martinique) as well as the various hospital sites making up the territorial hospital group of Martinique (GHT).
