The purpose of this contract is:

1. The supply (subscription of licenses) according to the needs of software for backup and restoration of the information of the data generated by the users in O365 (backup) in the modality of services in the cloud integrated with O365 tenants1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb8891997of APA to backup and restore the data generated by the users, as well as the associated technical support (hereinafter the "Supply"). The restoration of the data generated by the users will occur at source, and in a sufficient way to guarantee its safeguarding.

2.Technical implementation ofthe solution and support to the process that allows documenting and establishing an operating model that regulates the backup and recovery solution and the bases of assistance for its implementation, as well as the necessary training for APA technicians.
