The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply and/or marking services of promotional objects distributed by Fluo Grand Est. Promotional objects in the colors of Fluo Grand Est are designed to promote regional transport services and strengthen the visibility of the mobility offer. These supports are used to promote the actions and mobility policy of the Grand Est, whether during information and/or prevention campaigns, events organized by the Region or regional or national events.
