Tender Details

Minimum amount excluding tax for the total duration of the contract: 180, 000.00 Euro(s) excluding tax. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by unit prices. The amounts Estimates are indicative and include all renewal periods. This contract is awarded by the City of Rezé acting as coordinator of a group of orders formed, agreement currently being signed, will be in force before notification of the market, between the City of Rezé and the CCAS of the city of Rezé, the Rezé seniors association, the socio-cultural centers of Château, Jaunais-Blordière, Ragon, Loire and Seil. The city of Rezé is, as such, responsible for the procedure of award on behalf of the other members as well as the signature and notification of the contract. Once notified, the contract is executed, each as far as it is concerned, by the members of the group.
