Supply and maintenance in operational condition of a drone detection and localization system on the Orly airport platform The purpose of this consultation is to provide a drone detection and localization system (collaborative or no) and its maintenance in operational condition on the Orly airport platform and in its immediate surroundings (3 km minimum and up to 18 km from the airport's centroid). The system is based on sensors owned by Aéroports de Paris, already present on the Paris Orly platform. The contract holder may supplement the system with new sensors if it deems it necessary. The deployment of this low altitude surveillance system and its hypervision aims to improve safety and security at Paris Orly Airport. It will also have to contribute to the perimeter surveillance of the airport. The contract holder must deploy this supervision system. This supervision will be part of the continuity of the system installed by the company HOLOGARDE, aimed at identifying drones and their remote pilots, put into service at the beginning of 2020, for which the company HOLOGARDE was the sole owner of the supervision software.
