The assignment includes delivery, installation and aftercare of circular workplace furnishings for various types of spaces including office rooms, open-plan offices, consultation rooms and meeting rooms. This Assignment/Agreement relates to the following: 1. Supply, assembly, installation and delivery ready for use office furniture (new circular, refurbished and rental). 2. Management and maintenance of the furniture in the context of extending its lifespan. 3. Taking inventory and tagging the furniture. A Framework Agreement will be concluded with an initial duration of four (4) years. The RDW can unilaterally extend the Framework Agreement six (6) times - under the same conditions - for a period of one (1) year.
