Tender Details

RDW wants to contract a new supplier who will take care of the supply and maintenance of office furniture (new and refurbished) at all RDW locations. The assignment includes delivery, installation and aftercare of circular workplace furnishings for various types spaces including office rooms, open-plan offices, consultation rooms and meeting rooms. This Order/Agreement relates to the following: 1. Supply, assembly, installation and ready-for-use delivery of office furniture (new circular, refurbished and rent). 2. Management and maintenance of the furniture in the context of extending its lifespan. 3. Taking inventory and tagging the furniture. A Framework Agreement will be concluded with an initial duration of four (4) years. The RDW can unilaterally Renew the Framework Agreement six (6) times under the same conditions for a period of one (1) year.
