As part of its policy for managing the security of its critical IT infrastructures, the RATP DI3D department deploys “firewall” type network partitioning equipment produced by the company STORMSHIELD. In order to guarantee the performance and availability of its equipment, the DI3D department must be able to rely on a maintenance contract supported by a service provider specialized in the field of computer network security and certified STORMSHIELD. This consultation will result in a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders including a minimum amount and a maximum amount.
