Subject: The purpose of the contract is the supply and maintenance of licenses or subscriptions for digital solutions in various environments within the framework of the union's purchasing center. The consultation is carried out in the form of a public market on Open Call for Tenders Placed Pursuant to Articles R. 2113-1 to -3, R. 2124-1 and -2, R. 2131-16 and -17, R. 2161-1 to -5, R. 2162-1 to -6 and R. 2162-13 and -14 of the Public Order Code. This Framework Agreement for Purchase Orders is allocated as follows: : • Lot 1: Supply of Licenses and Associated Services for Microsoft Environment Solutions, Concluded Without Minimum Annual Amount and with a Maximum Annual Amount of 20, 000, 000 Euros Excl. VAT; • Lot 2: Supply of Licenses and Associated Services For Google Environment Solutions, Concluded Without Minimum Annual Amount and With a Maximum Annual Amount of 20, 000, 000 Euros Excl. VAT • Lot 3: Supply of Multi-Publisher Licenses and Associated Services for Various Business and Technical Environments (Excluding Education), Concluded Without A Minimum Annual Amount And With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 20, 000, 000 Euros Excl. VAT; • Lot 4: Supply Of Licenses, Subscriptions And Small Associated Equipment For Educational Digital Solutions (Edtech), Concluded Without Amount Annual minimum and with a maximum annual amount of 20, 000, 000 Euros excluding tax. The contract is concluded for an initial period of one year from November 10, 2026 or its notification date if this is later. It Can Then Be Renewed 3 Times Per Tacit renewal by annual period without its total duration exceeding 4 years (maximum). Each lot includes an insertion clause. No Negotiations Will Be Possible Under This Procedure.
