1) The LGU - SCIENCE CITY OF MUÑOZ, through the 2025 SUPPLEMENTAL FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT OF 5 HP SOLAR MOTOR SUBMERSIBLE PUMP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
