Expression of Interest are invited for Supply and Installation of Video Systems, Operating Room for Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital Hong Kong East Cluster, Hospital Authority

1. General Requirements
1.1 This tender calls for the supply and installation of 1 set of
Endolaparoscopic Video System for PYNEH C8 OT Room 3
including Video Laparoscopes and Central Control of Medical
equipment that could be seamlessly integrated with AV system
with in-room video routing as well as conferencing system
connecting C8 OT Room 3 and Minimal Access Surgery
Training Centre (MASTC).

1.2 The proposed system shall integrate equipment and support
systems to create the ideal OR environment for efficient,
comfortable surgery. Control of all aspects of the OR is
centralized using convenient touch screen, providing advanced
external communication and access to any information, whether
images or videos.

1.3 The proposed video endolaparoscopic system shall be able to
connect with AV system to be installed in the same operating
theatre.

2.1 Shall be able to reproduce 4K 2D or 4K 3D image when used in

2.4 Able to enable fluorescence imaging when used in conjunction

2.5 Reproduction of digital chromoendoscopy feature when used in
conjunction with compatible endoscope including Cystoscopic
videoscope, ENT videoscope, Ureteroscopic Videoscope, 2D
and 3D video laparoscope.

of flexible rhino-laryngo videoscopes.
