ITB NO. 2024-03-055

1. The Municipality of Sugbongcogon through its 20% Local Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (PHP 210, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment of the Supply and Installation of Transformer at Alibuag Beach Park Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Sugbongcogon now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Installation of Transformer at Alibuag Beach Park Project (see Section VI of the ITB for the schedule of requirements) Delivery of the GOODS is required by 3 calendar days upon award of contract. The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB.
