SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF A TELEPHONE SERVICE AT THE PHILRACOM CENTRAL OFFICE
I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVE
The project entails the installation and monthly subscription of a telephone services at the Philippine Racing Commission (PHILRACOM) central office. The telephone service will be installed into PHILRACOM-s pre-existing telephone system, and will enable both internal intercommunication functionality and external voice communication with stakeholders, and the general public.
The service provider shall supply, activate, and maintain the necessary telephone services under a monthly subscription arrangement, inclusive of installation, configuration, and technical support. The services shall be compatible with the existing infrastructure and capable of delivering uninterrupted, clear, and cost-efficient voice communication.
