1. The FAR NORTH LUZON GENERAL HOSPITAL & TRAINING CENTER, through the INCOME FUND 2023 intends to apply the sum of Php 3, 300, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SURVEILANCE SYSTEM, PANx (INTERCOM) SYSTEM AND PAGING SYSTEM. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
