SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOUND SYTEM
Barangay Canlasid, Loboc, Bohol
1. The BLGU-Canlasid, Loboc, Bohol through the Municipal Fund - Barangay Share on Tourism Income 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Two hundred Fifty-Nine & 07/100 (Php194, 259.07) being the ABC to payments under the contract SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOUND SYSTEM/01-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU-Canlasid, Loboc, Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184).
